Time to write on this page has been rather in short supply, partly due to my new duties as a BGA inspector and the seemingly endless issues with the club Dimona. However, the mystery of the loss of compression and overheating as been solved, I hope. Using an old fashioned Gunson Colortune we established that the new L2000 engine in our H36 Dimona was running extremely weak on both carburettors. Stocks of Chateau de Nitray Brut in the cellars at Millar Mansions having become sadly depleted, a quick pre-Brexit dash across the channel to Athée-sur-Cher was called for. Unfortunately, René never designed a cargo version of the RF5, so the trip was made by car.
